Dear Friends,
As you already know, we intend to have a Class Chalet during the upcomming end of Academic Year break (and from the looks of it... we are all in need of an opportunity to unwind and bond in each other's company...).
Further to the previous Chalet last September, the impending chalet will be held at the Aloha Loyang Resorts.
We need your help in ascertaining the most suitable / favourable dates. The available dates are:
March : 21st, 22nd, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th
April : 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th
Our Semester Break, commences (per se) at 2pm on March 1st (i.e - after the PMM Paper).
These dates are right after the Lunar New Year period (all 15 days...) and the perennial March School Holidays (10th to 18th March). Hence, the above dates are deemed as 'off-peak' , and are considerably cheaper in rental fees.
We begin Year 2 on April 16th.
It will be a 3 day 2 night affair, but the dates above are in specific reference to the 2 nights. (i.e - if we choose the 21st and 22nd, we book out on the morning of the 23rd).
Please revert your choices to your respective Contact Cluster Heads as soon as possible (preferably, this weekend).
Contact Cluster Heads, in turn, kindly consolidate and revert back to Sara.
