WELL.

there has been a little bit of confusion with the submission of the class fund on monday..

actually the current situation now goes like this, we heard that it is possible to actually get the school to pay for part of our class gatherings, hence we will be submitting our expenditure report to mr tan to claim back the maximum amount possible.

hence, we were actually thinking, since some paid $20 for the chalet and some few $10.. why not divide the returns with respect to the ratio to the class fund in their name? so it would actually save shaf the hassle of having to collect money from so many people weekly and of course, help lessen our expenses.

one thing to note, for those that did not attend the chalet, and did not submit money to the chalet fund, you people will be expected to pay up your weekly $2 to the class fund through shafinah, as per usual.

it might seem a little unfair to the people who missed out on the chalet, and as some might possibly retort, that it wasnt their complete decision of not wanting to go, hence the funds returned should not be divided into individual accounts, as it might be deemed unfair, but back to the class fund as a whole for other purposes..

i guess we could do a poll on this matter, and i may be wrong to assume, but i think most would probably go with the class fund subsidy scheme.

well. not to worry the funds would be divided with respect to the amount paid up for the chalet and if need be, a report may be generated.

so, everyone just prepare $2 for submission to shaf on monday? and of course have loads more of spare cash in handy to fund 7modules worth of notes!!

and, i'm dreadfully sorry for the necessary amount of confusion caused.
