Hello...

Hope you're all mugging hard for our papers next week...

No less, amidst devouring the lecture slides and tutorial notes, do get back to me on your choice of chalet venue (Changi or Loyang) and your available dates (between September 2nd and October 15th - the official dates of our semester break); as soon as you can - it'll help us consolidate and choose a date that's neutral to us all...

And to quell an issue that Huda has flagged up in her reply email - food for the BBQ will be Halal (and as far as we can expect, hygenic) and of course, the entire chalet will be before Ramadan (keeping in mind our semester break ends on October 15th...)

I'm consolidating the dates and choices, and will publish the full returns as soon as we get a majority for any of the choices, and a preferential date... As of "offstone" time (LOL...), I've received 12 responses... a quorum is 15.5 (rounds off to 16); and a majority needed is 17 (out of 31 of us...)
