Let us be thankful we've cleared the (bulk of) the litany of assignments and projects that we were so rampantly bomabarded with during the two week break...
as for my "disappearance" during the term sojourn - i was away at a 5 day camp... i then had to go back to my alma mater to conduct another 1 day camp... naturally... at the end of it all : i knocked out..
that aside... after today's events... i must mention that certain individuals have chosen to make themselves (pardon the diplomatic jargon)'persona non grata' ...
and without sounding philosophical... i'm glad to say we all have a choice... we can chose to become susceptible to the negative influences (or attitudes) of other people; or chose to make the best of what we have...
lol... it's gonna be a mammoth challenge..
and the best phrase to describe e current situation:
(sheepishly reveals):
"Il Connait l'univers et ne se Connait Pas"
- "He who knows the World; does not know Him(/her)self"
my personal mantra in life; suddenly feels so applicable...
oh well..
