a good but rather traumatic way of relieving stress involves a book which has a sick/disgusting plot, not the eoin kind of sick, but as in the kind that has the gross out factor.

i was reading random stories online when i saw this one which involves a heck load of murders, insanity, pretense, nails and buckets of blood. you get the picture, its not exactly what normal and sane people would call a pretty sight. not at all. the gross-o-factor rated on a scale of 10 out of 10 for me.

i was so disgusted that i didn't even think about the individual icas that i have not yet started on, for 2 whole hours. but you just got to admit, that is something.

now at 2.48am when i'm supposed to go to sleep soon, i'm not worrying whether my case of mild isomnia would act up, i'm more worried about the nightmares. which i add, would most probably include a psycho and nails and blood.

i would like to add that i am NOT a saddistic person and i am not encouraging this method to relieve stress. the final outcome would most likely be returning to school with pandas as your new acquaintances and maybe even best friends, like me.

the price one has to pay not to think about school work for 2 hours and be able to feel guilt-free is indeed extremely costly.

sleeplessly,
